1. Apply first straight strap (near little finger)

a) Align edge of elastic centerpiece with knuckle of little finger.
b) Align flat side of centerpiece with creases of hand/wrist joint.
c) Remove tape backing and secure strap to palm side while holding the centerpiece in place.
d) Tear excess tape at center of palm, if past center of palm.

2. Apply second straight strap (below thumb)

a) Pull to stretch cutout in elastic centerpiece to at least 1.5 times the original diameter to feel tight.
b) Secure strap to palm.                                           
c) Tear excess tape at center of palm. Do not overlap first strap.

3. Apply third angled strap (above thumb)

a) Remove tape backing.
b) Pull to provide tension on elastic centerpiece, wrapping strap between thumb and first finger.
3) Secure strap to palm. Tear excess tape at center of palm. Do not overlap other straps.

IMPORTANT

THE TWO BOTTOM STRAPS MUST NOT OVERLAP IN ORDER TO PROMOTE ELONGATION OF THE INVOLVED TISSUES
