Free Equipment Replacing Program

International Merchant Services^® (IMS^®) realizes how important it is that your equipment works properly. Our goal is to get your terminal up and running as soon as possible. That's why we will replace broken or defective credit card terminals and/or electronic printers for as long as you have a credit card merchant service account with IMS^®.

If your equipment is no longer operable, we will replace it with a comparable machine.

Simply call IMS'^® Technical Support Department at 800-689-0543 to report any problem. IMS^® realizes that you need the equipment promptly, and that's why you simply need to return the faulty equipment and the replacement terminal is shipped out the same day the return is received.

Specialized Service Departments
IMS^® found that different merchants have different needs. That's why, unlike most credit card processors, we have more than one service department. For questions regarding your credit card terminal, we have a Technical Support Department open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. For accounting questions, you can contact IMS'^® Merchant Services Department.

Free Paper Supplies and Ribbons

As one of International Merchant Services'^® (IMS^®) merchants, you will enjoy the convenience of receiving all your paper and ribbon supplies free of charge. Unlike most credit card merchant services who charge an additional fee or require you to join a club, paper and ribbon supplies are a standard part of our service.

To order paper and ribbon supplies, simply call IMS'^® toll-free merchant support number at 800-689-0543. Orders placed in the morning of any business day are normally shipped out that afternoon. IMS^® supplies the following paper:

Premium ACH

International Merchant Services'^® (IMS^®) Premium ACH (Automated Clearing House) service provides you with access to your funds more quickly than most competing processors. This service automatically transfers your credit card processing funds to your local bank account. We realize that there are many details that you have to attend to when running a business. This feature eliminates paperwork, enabling you to focus your attention on more important matters. ACH transfers your funds within 24-hours. Merchants may qualify for 24-hour ACH with processing volumes over $10,000 per month.
